The whole thing with him calling it his "home" is such bullshit anyway. His 1993 agreement with the city states he wouldn't live there for more than 7 days in a row and 21 days a year, but he does his usual bullshittery and claims he is an employee of the place, thus gets to "live" there.
His grift and dodging of the law knows no end.
Apparently the question came up before the city council and it seems they just decided to not fight him on it, despite complaints from his neighbors.
