(7,729 posts)Then when he did they criticize him. Did anyone really expect him to redact it? I think not. I doubt that he even thought about it. He is vindictive, but even more he is careless. Im afraid this falls under the be careful what you wish for category. The only way around this potential outcome would have been to give his lawyers a redacted copy, which I doubt is legal.

(96,882 posts)If the names were not redacted when Trump's lawyer received it, then DOJ doesn't think its an issue, or its legally part of the Warrant, and would be included in the version DOJ will prospectively release.
