a salon and bought a red wig. Not sure if she was suicidal, or just having a monumental drug-fueled mental crackup without intending to die. Like faking her own death or something (two car accidents in short order?). Really strange.

5. When I was a kid in exurban Florida this man used gas to blow himself up.

He ended up blowing up his home. I remember one of the neighbors saying why did he try to take the whole neighborhood with him.
