One of Trump's lawyers: Don't run for President Donald, and it all goes away

Jesus, she must think we are all stupid.

Trump’s attorney says she has advised him that if he just says he won’t run for president, all these investigations and charges will go away and be dropped.

Her name is Alina Habba.

https://habbalaw.com/alina-habba/

Alina has experience in many areas of litigation including, but not limited to, corporate litigation and formation, commercial real estate (transactional and litigation), family law, the financial services industry and construction-related matters. Alina is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the United States District Court for the Districts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Notice her LACK of criminal defense experience. Granted, she said "not limited to" but criminal defense is a major area of the law.

2. I don't think that this will happen now. These recently discovered crimes by the Orange Anus

are too great, too significant in scope to be just 'skipped over' and 'glossed over'. And it should not be. There must be a tighter reign on this material getting out so easily (as it obviously was). And others had to help him.

Previously it was the honor system, with obvious safeguards, but because an ridiculously corrupt person was put into office, now that honor cannot be assumed.

It takes one asshole to ruin everything for everyone else. Trump is that asshole regarding the Office of the President.

"discovered crimes" are you referring to? I haven't seen any charges yet from anyone other than accusations from anonymous or leaked sources, and I don't exactly consider any of that noteworthy, let alone trustworthy. All I've seen are people passing around rumor and gossip.

This asshole has gotten by with everything he's done or been accused of for years, and I haven't seen anything yet to make me believe he will be held accountable this time either. I've seen no official criminal charges, I've seen no official acknowledgement of contraband defined in the warrant being confiscated either.

Some real and verified information needs to come out soon because the picture gets more ugly every day that it doesn't.
I'm trying to be realistic here. Not everyone thinks like we do and there is already a massive backlash underway over this whole thing. They had better cough up some real and valid info quick, or I only see this condition getting far worse. It doesn't even matter that this isn't a political operation, our opposition is MAKING it one as we speak.

3. If she actually told him that, is that legal malpractice?

She admitted telling her client (Trump) something that is false enough that it should result in disbarment.

{ Dream on, Donny }

I love that legal advice and hope he takes it. Then he can have another sad all over again when the investigations and prosecutions continue.

This is just like that. And the Trumpfolks eat it up as fact.

Of course it would be nice if he declared he wasn't running.
