Sure, they may brandish their guns and shoot up a few places and once the first 10 are imprisoned they will all run back under their rocks. Of course a lot of them are overaged, overweight, pretenders who pose little actual threat, but as a whole they can not be dismissed out of hand. Sometimes I think that it would benefit us in the long run if they were driven out in the open where they could be dealt with in the only manner that they understand.
