I am writing an email demanding they indict the orange fuck NOW. Aside from all the chatter about classification level and the declassification process, the fact of the matter is that he illegally possessed classified documents at his home and his lawyers lied when they said the FBI had all of them months ago. Obviously they lied because the FBI recovered another 20+ boxes of documents last week. He is a walking security threat. Who knows if he made copies of some of the material and is still walking free and can sell it?

But despite all the bluushit they want you to get caught up in, like the declassifying process, etc., the fact is he illegally possessed classified documents at his home in an unsecured location. That alone is a fucking felony and it's already 100% true.

Indict him now and add charges later.

You apparently don't know how federal grand juries work either, let alone how often they might meet during a given timeframe or even how many may even be empaneled for this entire ordeal because you are NOT supposed to "know". The process is "secret" barring reporters stationing themselves outside of courtrooms watching who comes and goes, and hoping a few are willing to disclose that they have been subpoenaed.

There is no "semantics". It's an interesting process that is worth your time to research before demanding that someone "charge" RIGHT NOW!!!1!!111!!!1!!.

The DOJ, the FBI, and other federal agencies do not operate based on public opinion. They operate under established rules and procedures. While there is no reason no to tell those agencies what you want them to do, there is really nobody in authority who will see what you tell them. Those people do not have time for such irrelevant communications. Instead, they are spending their time doing their jobs and working on ensuring that justice is served.

But, do send your emails. There's no reason not to. They will be counted.
