I'm really getting the feeling the agencies have several ironclad law offenses on donny and I'm thinking there is a very real fear of his followers actions if convicted. That they may indeed not prosecute because of it.
I feel they are sitting in a room arguing about how the arrest versus civil unrest plays out. I know it shouldn't come down to this, but in today's world of guns and insane trumpets it's the reality.
Raids are usually followed with someone taken into custody. There seems to be a timid delay around this.

(115,570 posts)and determined who, if anyone (besides TFG) was involved in collecting, moving and hiding them. Theres no way TFG did it all by himself, and the more likely way they will progress is to question others that might be involved and get more information about what went on - especially what TFG told them. Having gone this far already the FBI and Garland do not give a damn what the blowback might be.

They cannot storm the Capital ever again while Democrats are in power because they will be met with force.

(94,294 posts)The timeline for forming a case sufficient to bring indictment will not be shared with the blogosphere and there's NO basis for speculation that the DOJ would choose not to prosecute someone because his supporters might threaten violence.
