US Flag Store sells official burial flags for $90. A regular flag will not do - a burial flag is nine feet long and, as far as I can remember, there aren't any grommets in it so it can't be flown - but without the grommets it folds really nicely. Amazon sells flag cases for $60. Buy one of each, fold flag, place in case.
