He learned the hard way about being Trump's attorney and fall guy.

I think Trump will be happy to throw Giuliani under the bus.

8. Just another example of my suggestion for a special prosecutor,

Mueller uncovered Cohen's many crimes. He was indicted on 8, including Stormy Daniel's campaign finance violation. Mueller sent Cohen's case to SDNY where he was convicted. Cohen even cooperated with prosecutors and gave them a lot of info on Trump.

Rudy is a ways off from an indictment. He is testifying before a special grand jury which has no power to indict, only to suggest. After the special grand jury's suggestion, Fani Willis can send Rudy to a grand jury that has the power to indict, If this 2nd grand jury indicts Rudy then a date for trial needs to be set.

"Individual one" never was indicted even though Mueller laid the ducks in a row. Who gets indicted is never a sure thing.

I see that Trump is going to an Appeals court to toss out the Letitia James prosecution which has been going on for 3 years.

I used to play bass guitar back in the 60's, our theme song was "Time Won't Let Me," by the Outsiders. maybe that's why I am so conscious of time lines?

12. Cohen said the SDNY came after him with a vengeance.

Even after he had given hundreds of hours of testimony against Trump.

The rumor is that Rudy is going to be the fall guy for all of it.
1/6, election meddling, secret documents.

If that rumor is true, I think the time line for Rudy will speed up, since he is providing cover for Trump.
Or the FBI will want Rudy to start talking, so they have to squeeze him sooner rather than later.

Once dominoes begin to fall, they can fall quickly.
