If he takes the 5th on every or most questions hows the prosecutor make their case? Is the Jury informed on how to consider that type of testimony. Or is their no Jury on this hearing only a Judge?

It seems to me that it may time to make an example of someone, to put the brakes on this maga nonsense.
I was watching him leave his SUV, if he has a security detail they are pretty bad at it. You should cover the door while the Principal exits, thereby protecting their egress.
