My granddaughter is about to travel but had lost her COVID-19 Vaccination Card/Record. I went on line and found this link. We live in MD and this site was a lifesaver. You must be 18 or older to register. If you are under 18, parents simply add their children their registration under "Other Family Members"
All my recorded vaccinations in MD were listed and reminders for all boosters were listed also. Printed pages bear the official state watermark for authenticity purposes.
