There was a post, a few hours ago. It referenced the large percentage of people who are registering to vote for the first time or are changing their registration from Republican to Democrat.

A significant number of men are also changing their registration from Republican to Democrat.

1. Some of them realized a few things...

1) "you should have an abortion" is no longer their "do-over" card to play
2) wage garnishments are REAL
3) child support for unwanted children is expensive

Taken together, 1+2+3 = an epiphany for many men...I have to either start liking condoms or vote for the other team...

2. This is why I really feel the key to getting this right back for women (albeit unfortunately) is to

get males to realize abortion bans are bad news for them too.

It shouldn't TAKE that, but we need to win this one as a team.

To do that, we need more males on the female's side on this issue.

3. Before Roe, and abortion was illegal

Many a man skated out on paying child support because they claimed the child was not theirs. But the technology has gotten so good now that the fetus can be DNA tested to determine the parents even before the birth is forced on the woman.

Also you could just move out of state back then and not have to pay child support because the states did not cooperate and could not track you......not anymore. Even the Feds will get in on forcing dead beat dad's to pay now.

I think the Christian Baby Boomers who were just so hot about forcing birth on women, forgot that things have changed a lot since when they didn't need Viagra to mess around.

4. I can't remember the exact amount

but over 50% of the women seeking abortion were actively using some form of birth control.

condoms break and many medications make the pill and other hormonal methods ineffective.
