Yep- it really is. Here's the link.
The single currency closed at 0.9927 per US dollar on Tuesday, according to European Central Bank data. That's the lowest it has closed against the greenback in over two decades. The current slide has been swift: Just before Russia launched its war in Ukraine, 1 was worth $1.15.

in Italy is 5, 6, or 7 euros, you really dont mind. Glasses that would cost $12 to $16 in a US restaurant.

It is a welcome relief from years of a very high cost of living. It wont last. Nothing in the financial world is permanent, with the notable exception of Trumps dishonesty.
