Let's not forget about Lindsey Graham.

Graham had been ordered to elaborate on the argument, but he just argued more for total quashal. The first link in the article brings up a pdf of the court docs.

If Graham is relying on the speech and debate clause of the Constitution, there is a big fat exception for investigating felonies.

So he will probably need to show up in the Georgia case.

To which I say GOOD.
