The fact that they found documents that had been requested in a prior subpoena is proof...

To have to show them to the Defense team (you know they would demand to see them in order to help build their defense or they would whine endlessly about not getting to review them and then request a mistrial).
But if the FBI can flip the lawyer who lied by signing there was no more docs while there was plenty more (according to witnesses whose names are redacted). Offer a reduced sentence in exchange?
