1. I saw this clip when it was making the rounds the first time...

...I still puddle-up when Biden tells the young'un "...it'll be alright. I promise..."

... what those of you who do not live with or know special needs young'uns need to know is that most of them seem to have a special radar-like skill to be able to spot a good heart/good soul. I've seen my son inevitable gravitate to people who are wonderful people and simply ignore people who are untrustworthy or 'bad'; regardless of how they approach/interact with him. I always trust his instinct. Regardless of my first impression, he is always spot on in the long run....

Full of compassion, he knows human pain, injured-heart pain. The kind that threatens your very soul, it changes and shapes you for life, it can't be faked.
