4. Agree, but it's a separate crime

This is all around theft and obstruction, plus the espionage act. Illegally possessing classified material is another crime that will be added to the indictment when it is written. They had enough to get the search warrant without speculating what was in the documents, now that they know what's in them, I expect that to be part of the indictment.

And indictment is 100% coming now. It will have several charges, including illegally possessing classified materials. Trump will try to focus on that one charge as if it excuses the rest.

I want him to go on ranting and raving like a loon. None of it is helping his case… On the contrary, it is more evidence against him. It’s also not playing well with anyone. Elected repugs are hiding, independents are fleeing in horror from all repug candidates and even a fair number of the cultist base sees this is bad for them and want him to shut up.

Every batshit crazy rant he puts out helps us. I’m ok with him handing us the mid-terms.

It encourages me to GOTV even more. I’m up to 7 people I’ll be driving to drop off their ballots and looking for more.
