Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence was signed, was lit up on the outside. The center of the building was lit with red light and the two side were lit with blue light. The President stood in the center (duh) so his backdrop was red.

What a red herring. The only thing more stupid from the Right were their comments about the FBI photo of the search of Mar-a-Lago where they ignored the Top Secret folders and focused on a box of framed magazine covers featuring Trump.
