Wasn’t it Jon Stewart’s “The Daily Show” that coined that phrase, via Stephen Colbert?

I don’t think Colbert had his own show yet, but he may have. In that case, it would have been “The Colbert Report” where it originated. Either way, both shows started with Jon.
