Legal question. If the documents were illegally removed from the WH

Can the Florida Trump judge's decision be appealed in DC Federal Court - where the theft occurred? Does it have to be Florida where the purloined documents were found? Is the appellate court there more favorable?

I can't understand how tRump could go 'judge-shopping' to find a judge that he appointed to do him a favor. Our courts are broken by the Christo-Fascists and the appointments to the courts that rigged to obstruct justice

The DC circuit would be dramatically preferable to the 11th, but that isn't an option at this point. The magistrate judge who signed the original search warrant is part of the 11th circuit.
