My guess is that they would take some sort of military base and retrofit a barrack for housing him.

That's if he's convicted.

Not sure if he'd be denied pre-trial release or not. He should, given the gravity of the offenses. But given the level of visibility, my guess is a court would assume he couldn't just skip bail without people recognizing his ugly face somewhere.
