by forcing Ukrainian's into Russia - i believe he thinks he's successful despite the 50,000+ dead russian soldiers and as many wounded ones. They are a small number compared to the relocated Ukrainians.

It doesn’t work. Oil and water. Once Latvia got shed of Russian rule, the Russians were made to know that their language and bullying tactics were not welcome nor dominant any longer.
