502 errors are common. It usually means server maintenance, the DNS hason't kicked in after switching hosts or somebody made a coding mistake.

502 Bad Gateway

The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 502 Bad Gateway server error response code indicates that the server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, received an invalid response from the upstream server.

Note: A Gateway might refer to different things in networking and a 502 error is usually not something you can fix, but requires a fix by the web server or the proxies you are trying to get access through.

Keep in mind that is not a US government site. That site is run by the DNC.
