Or whatever you call it-- the request to exclude the 100 classified docs.
If she rules no, the DOJ probably has the appeal ready.

They didn't give the judge a deadline to rule on their motion to exclude the classified docs and let them continue investigations, but everyone expected the judge to rule by now.
Don't know when the filing deadline is, but assume it's no later than 5 pm eastern time.
It will likely be one heck of an indictment on the rulings though.
