But there's no reason that there would be any privilege anyway on those documents, because they weren't his, they weren't his lawyers.
The "privilege" is that "if the DOJ can't have them, it'll delay the time Trump's actions are clearly known."

I hope the 11th Circuit has some rational judges who rationally beat her about the head with scorn and contempt.

All around the lawyersphere, this judge is being soundly denounced as "not understanding." Well, I think she gets it. She understands that she is working for Trump.
