So basically Trump did not achieve much in his Mar a Lago case

The judge did prohibit the justice department to use the documents to go to a grand jury but explicitly allowed the Intelligence community to investigate and even brief the senate.
Trump is on the hook for all the cost and the special master has until end of November.

Meanwhile DOJ filled an appeal to 11 circuit at the same time.
There are 12 judges on the circuit, 6 were nominated by Trump, 5 are not, one post is vacant.

A panel of randomly selected 3 judges amongst those 11 will hear the appeal.

Which is always his strategy in every case in which he has no defense. Delay the procedure, gum up the works, attack law enforcement.... the usual

This is going to be a Durham Redux. The SM is just going to review the confidential docs and ship them back to the DOJ first thing.

First the Trump's ahole attys have to see if they can get clearances.

8. When the 11th Circuit decides, Dearie and Cannon will be left in the dust.

The case will move on, whether that means a Trumpian appeal to the USSC, or it ends with indictments. The 11th Circuit will likely admonish Cannon for amateurish work. She'll be humiliated, IMO.

My first question to her: Is he still alive?

Sadly, her answer disappoints every morning (so far).
