Drumpf was *SO* tight with the queen, betcha he won't go to the D.C. service.
First of all he was derelict in *all* normal performances even while squatting in the Oval. Second, he can't show his face among comparatively decent people.
Surely there are one or another subpoenas or such that could be served at a given place and time.
