Can someone clear something up for me please?

I read somewhere that judge cannon can OVER RULE the SM. Is this a fact? (i'm worried, if true, this FN delay could turn into years)

handed the decision making over, which suggests she doesn't want to make the decisions. But yes, she still has control of the case.

7. While I do not

have any faith in the 11th Circuit, I think that they will grant the Partial stay of Cannon's foolish decision, possibly on Monday. Maybe Tuesday. Her errors are too important to ignore.

9. A bump in the road.

The stay will keep the most important part of the investigation going. That is what is important now.

It's important to recognize that the Trump legal team has pretty much admitted he committed crimes by filing with Cannon. In the end, it shows they think he is going to be indicted.

12. It's like a bifurcated trial.

One part is the classified docs (THE CRIME), and the other is all the other docs, which may or may not belong to Trump (stealing NARA docs.) But, she appointed a SM over everything. So, now the SM is tasked with deciding stuff that is already decided. Trump gains intel over what the DOJ has against him, and a massive delay in his indictment. He's hoping that the Midterms, or even 2024 itself, will somehow save him from Supermax custody.

This Judge has taken so much over the ignorance of the applicable law (whoever in their life ever heard of some Judge deciding the law because of a person's previous job?) that perhaps the 11th Circuit Judge who gets stuck with this nonsense won't want his/her name associated with these really bad judicial opinions. Maybe we'll get rulings that conform to the law.

Trump would then demand to have the case thrown out b/c he couldn’t properly defend himself without all that information being available to the general public so they could decide whether his having a half-ton of TS data was really all that bad of a thing…and Judge Cannon would probably do it. With prejudice.
