It's a shithole, and he's partially responsible for that. But there's plenty of blame to go around. It's a shame what's happened to Jackson. I lived up in the Jackson area in the late 80s until 1991, and it was a fun town. Lots to see and do, including a nightlife. But it's just plain gone to hell, and I doubt anything can be done to fix all the problems they have. It's not something I would joke about.
