Tropical storm Fiona to become hurricane over Puerto Rico.

NPR is saying that Fiona will reach 70 mph tonight when it gets to Puerto Rico. That's only a category 1, but will dump a lot of rain and cause flooding.

Then it is expected to veer off north in the Atlantic, far from mainland US.
