Is it a good sign that the Appeals Court acted so quickly?

Does it mean they take the DOJ at its word that our national security is under threat?

They have ordered the DOJ and Trump's lawyers to have their arguments ready by this Tuesday. That is fairly quick. They could have taken longer.

Does it bode well for a decision in the DOJ's favor? Or should we take nothing from their time schedule?

Will they, with their Trump majority on their Court, rule with Judge Cannon, and force the DOJ to appeal to the Supreme Court ?

Or should we interpret nothing from their quick action?

It’s a game of hot potato and right now they are holding it and are Trump’s next target

... it is, yes. The main goal of Crooked Donald is to have everything move very slowly. Quickly is not their preference!

Would be surprised if otherwise; but with this case, all bets dealing in logic are off.

At least to keep the 100 Top Secret Documents out of the mix.

They did this ON A WEEKEND which means they were attentive and because NATIONAL SECURITY is an item not to be dismissed lightly, it seems THOSE documents will be given back to DOJ and NOT allowed in the review by Special Master.

They could just be trying to seem to care about national security when they know they don't and will rule for drumpf. 11th district is littered with tfg appointees so don't trust them one little bit

I do HOPE, this is a sign of sanity and caring for America more than they care for tfg/fascism. But I just have a bad feeling about this. Hope I'm just being paranoid.
