Let's have, say, a reporter file a FOIA request for the documents. If they're declassified, they should be available, even if they're part of an ongoing legal proceeding. They would, after all, be public, right?

Until a classified document is notated with a lesser security designation, or notated as unclassified, then that document remains at its notated classification, no matter what tfg says.

Therefore, none of them were declassified.
