HAPPENING NOW: I have dialed in to Judge Dearie's courtroom, and apparently the system has left every single caller unmuted -- so it sounds roughly like midtown at rush hour, but with the added benefit of dozens of people screaming at each other to shut up.

Judge Raymond Dearie pushed Trumps lawyers repeatedly for refusing to back up the former presidents claim that he declassified the highly sensitive national security-related records discovered in his residence.
You cant have your cake and eat it too, said Dearie, the special master picked by U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon to vet Trumps effort to reclaim the materials taken by federal investigators.
Trump has argued that the 11,000 documents taken from Mar-a-Lago were rightfully in his possession, including about 100 bearing classification markings that suggest they contain some of the nations most closely guarded intelligence.

(129,450 posts)were usually using Cisco products (like WebEx) although we had a few offices using Adobe Connect. Some also might have a contract with some audio conferencing service that is managed by that service's host/operator who is supposed to monitor and troubleshoot any issues with the lines, and who usually do a global mute of audio dial-ins.
Now with Zoom out there, some might have been testing/trying that too although I haven't bothered to check if it was on GSA schedule.
Before I retired, I think DOJ was still using WordPerfect for their docket templates (although nowadays it's owed by Corel).
