Will Judge Cannon block Judge Dearie's decision...?

...if he rules that the classified documents should be released to the DOJ to further their investigation?

After all, she is all in with Trump. Why should she stop now?

If that happens, what does the 11th Circuit do? Do they over-rule Judge Cannon?

Does it then go to the Supreme Court?

They are doing their best to delay the process.

If she does the DOJ will fight her with everything they got and she will lose.

It's possible Cannon will over-rule at least part of Dearie's conclusions. But even with the 11th Circuit, which I don't like, I doubt they will back her over Dearie. Then Trump's team goes to the USSC.

One of the DOJ lawyers was overheard to say today that if the 11th Circuit did not rule in their favor, they would appeal. So, either way, it is going to the Supreme Court, it appears?

If so, this is the single issue that Trump will most likely lose on. The DOJ took full advantage of the Trump team's error in requesting Judge Dearie. Someone told Trump that he had previously been unhappy about FISA Court things. But that in no way translates to supporting Trump. Dearie is well respected among federal judges, and only Clarence Thomas will support Trump.

There are methods -- and lawyers here can explain it far better than I -- where you want to dictate who appeals when. The Trump team would make a huge mistake taking this beyond the 11th Circuit, even to stall. It's unlikely the USSC will hear any future cases they may want to appeal to them.

At risk of sounding corny -- an expression from my youth -- I think the DOJ is doing a great job. And I'm not prone to saying that, if I didn't think it to be exactly so.

THEN tRump and co would have to go to SCOTUS.

Is how I thought it worked.

She has done her part and I don't think it's her ball game any more.

I’m thinking she is way more interested in her own career than covering TFGs fat ass. If she thinks the trump train won’t make it to the station she may very well decide Judge Dearie gives her the best possible cover to wash her hands of the unsightly oaf.

Bank on it.

SCOTUS will be busy as nearly ALL of these crimes have no precedent.

Trump will appeal EVERYTHING.
