Attorney and former FBI Agent Asha Rangappa joked, "hes actually invoking the Secret Telepathic Unilateral Preemptive Irreversible Declassification (S.T.U.P.I.D.) defense."
She nailed it!

Bats in the belfry . . . screeching louder every day.
Can we set up a room in the Institution for Terminally Confused patients to look like the Oval Office and lead him to it? Non-working phones, of course. But stacks of Highly Classified fake documents for him to gloat over.

(8,851 posts)Donnie Trump would be their spawn...racist, antisemitic, cruel, crude, vengeful, prurient, profane, narcissistic, messianic, thuggish, despotic, deranged
and while everyone is honing in on the Donnie's Vulcan "it's legal if I think it" mind-meld, I thought Donnie suggesting the FBI searched MAL for Hillary's emails was almost as entertaining...

(55,171 posts)That's what they all do/did. After all, they DID kiss his ring. Then years later some of the characters in this nightmare decide to finally speak the truth...but only in book form and for $$$. No heroes in this case.

(7,633 posts)The GOP and Putin will push any empty suit as a Republican candidate.
To better understand, think of Trump as a white Herschel Walker.
Its what happens when the unwritten rules of behavior are replaced by laws as the only limit. Gone are the days when politicians were guided by The Honor System.
Now, if there isnt yet a law written to keep up with their treachery and criminal behavior they will push the envelope of decent behavior to gain power. Without ethics, well always be a step behind criminals who make the laws with loopholes to benefit themselves.

(3,040 posts)I had to block somebody on Twitter who said he could declassify documents simply by standing on his head and passing, swear on my life this true.
I also wanted to announce to all of you Im getting married to a supermodel, that simply by thinking about it, well be soulmates. Youre all invited to the wedding.

(24,210 posts)As the decision yesterday eloquently stated, even if they were declassified, it doesn't change the fact they were not his property, and it doesn't change the fact that they contain information vital to national security.
