He is what is referred to as a "Senior Judge", who can work a much reduced workload if he chooses. But he is still a sitting judge.

But that doesn't mean tfg gets him for free. There may be court charges that cover his time, office space, etc.

It won't be cheap, regardless of Deerie's status.
