Then we grow up and become a**holes. Maybe this generation will break the mold. As a baby boomer, I hope they do, 'cause my demographic phucked up, royally.

I know that none of my fellow Boomer friends voted for him.
There are those on the lower curve of the Bell Curve that are technically members of that demographic that support the The Fistular Guy. But a majority?
We Boomers tried to bring about a sea change in American life, and got kneecapped by the Nixon, Reagan, Bush crowd.
So, let's just cool it with bashing the Boomers.

About four million people in this awesome generation turn 18 every year. Tick...tick...tick, Republicans. May you soon go the way of the Whigs.

Important fact! And trumpcult christo-fascist vote suppressors will never nullify enough of their votes to even come close to the 7 MILLION that Democrats already beat them with in 2020.

Rethugs might get away with cheating in a few places, but overall, rethugs got nothing and got no chance.

We have millions more in the popular vote, but the Electoral College is the key. And in 2024, if Republicans are able to cheat enough to win in key states, our millions more votes win’t matter. It’s truly frustrating that we cannot get rid of an archaic rule that completely undermines democracy.

So there's that impact coming on the Electoral College, too.

We still stand a good chance of retaining both houses and moving along into 2024 for that.

The Electoral College clause will frustrate until we can control an Article V convention; until then, we'll have to fight to retain majority rule and voter nullification.

All three of my children went to FCPS with the last one graduating last spring. They all have LBGT friends who will be affected by this "policy" that Youngkin is attempting to force on the schools. Allnof them would have participated in the walkout and I would support them. The City of Alexandria School Board has told the Governor that they are not going to implement his policy changes and they are daring him to sue.

On the flip side you will soon see the faux outraged fake parents start to show up at the school board meetings where they will accuse the board members of grooming the children.

Republicans LOVE anybody not getting educated and hate LBGTQ so with the walkout they get both. At least the education part’s not happening during the walkout.

It’s heartening to see that a number of those schools are in towns that are not generally considered progressive. The kids seem to be more mature than their parents. Northern Virginia schools are not putting up with Youngkin’s crap. We’re not willing to sacrifice children for Youngkin’s obvious presidential ambitions.
