The Fifth Circuit reverses and grants judgment *for* a judge who does a prayer ceremony in his courtroom before hearing cases.

I wonder if it would have gone differently in that circuit with 3 (or at least 2) different judges.

or while they're sitting in their cars.

Making a public spectacle of prayer is something the Bible speaks out against.
