Of their nuclear weapons will misfire or fail in some manner. Probably not the short range tactical weapons like artillery, but rockets that are supposed to hit targets 100s of miles away. I have no reason to believe they’ve been maintained and training kept to a high level. Many will be duds, completly miss there targets or even land in Russian tetritory. Not to discount them, many will no doubt perform as expected but if Putin was stupid enough to start a nuclear war Russia will be annihilated.
