Is T. Carlson such a prick because he was abused as a kid?

This is satire/sarcasm/Friday nonsense, but given the spate of abused-as-a kid defenses, I have to pose the question: did he become what he is because his classmates used to call him "Fucker" instead of "Tucker?"

That would be my guess beyond his undoubted sense of self-entitlement.

A lot of these uber rich people don't raise their kids. They pass them off to nannies, and later to boarding schools. Which is part of how Cucker was raised. It explains a lot.

...by perpetrators and victims

There are many people abused as children who didn't/don't abuse as adults.

I take your point though about the gender differences.

We used to call them Frat Rats. It was not a term of affection.

From the time he could put his shoes on, it was no doubt hammered into him that he and his family are "different, better" - and that "most people are the enemy: the envious, unwashed masses who want to take everything from us just so they can buy another tv set."

One thing's certain: he took all that to heart - and has made a career into spinning it for public consumption.

The very public he despises.

He might have been bullied - he always struck me as the kid who was regularly wedgied and stuffed into his locker - but there's also something about him that makes you want to give him a wedgie.

I can picture a six year old Tucker firing Cook because his cookies didn't have enough chocolate chips.
