The text of Putler's speech today, if you want to bother
http://en.kremlin.ru/events/president/transcripts/69465
80% has nothing to do with Ukraine. A fair portion could have been spoken by a Maga type politician.

4. The bleat goes on.
A century of propaganda, first by the Soviets and then largely continued by the new KGB man who knew its value. I've wondered if the Soviets borrowed some classical conditioning lessons from Ivan Pavlov and his dogs and used them on the poor Russian people to keep them brainwashed and submissive. (And MAGAts?) I don't know what it would take for them to escape that, though it is encouraging to see so many fleeing the "mobilization."
