Election is coming quickly. Will the people vote with or against the "fascists"?

Will they know the difference?

Can the American people be trusted to defend their own Constitution?

Will they vote to maintain our democracy, with all its flaws, or will they vote for a fascist, authoritarian government?

That simple. Vote. Talk to ALL your friends. Make a plan. Check your voter registration before it’s too late to fix any issues.

Consumerism is what counts. Jeans, cheap gas. Citizens born post 1975 see no connection between their economic lives and politics. They are entitled. They've had it soft. They couldn't fight WWII. Or understand hunger. There's no connection between obesity and diet. You just take a pill and find a guru. Politicians are rock stars, fascism is from grainy B&W films and kinda cool.

People over 65 vote for Trump in higher percentages than younger generations. The youngest generation is the most liberal, by far.

But that is what we are facing.

Certainly China, Russia, Iran, Saudi would love to see this happen.
To prove that democracies are a weak, foolish, incompetent form of government.

All of those who have died defending American democracy must be looking down in sadness.

Little do they know what is in store for them.

By the time they realize it, will be too late.

but I think whether or not our democracy survives will likely depend on the price of gas whenever early voting starts and up to Nov. 8th.

Right wingers lie and say fascism was left wing - which is a total lie. Fascists is rule by and for the oligarchs. They were firmly behind Hitler because he gave them everything they wanted. Same way the rich are supporting tfg and the reich wing in America, only they try to disguise themselves as patriots - when they are the total opposite and are in fact and deed - true fascists. These are the same people that lead the Confederacy and have fucked over America at every turn. Unfortuntely, now they have a lot of power and intend to totally take charge and our country will be demolished. All by people who say they love America - when all they love is power and hate.

They'll vote on economics and reproductive rights. Fascism/Democrary is no a driving issue for most voters.

Lots of "we should line them all up against the wall and shoot them" talk.

They have no clue of what they are asking for.
