Why isn't finding classified doc's at orange anus' mar-a-lago insufficient to justify searching his

other hiding places. It would seem that if a drug dealer were hiding drugs in his house, searching his car or other places he has would be done without question.

We already know he is criminally engaged in stealing classified doc’s and refusing to return missing documents known to have been in his possession. His clear intent to be transactionable in the use of this classified information is unquestionable.

He forfeited the right to a presumption of innocence upon completion of the original search. The overriding need to protect classified information that, if exposed, could lead to the deaths of operatives loyal, unlike trump, to the United States or extreme damage to our Nation as a whole.

ANY other American would already be in custody until all the documents were returned, including any copies made. This is a case in which even considering bail should be off the table.

It’s long past time to start treating this schmuck like the dirt bag he is.

not old probable cause, must be recent probable cause.

Time matters in indicting Trump.

12. Isn't a "pattern of behavior" that screams he is still hiding the missing documents probable cause?

There are still documents missing.

He keeps saying he has returned ALL of them, and yet more are found every time we look.

I guess it's all moot now. They are in the sewer systems covered with slime by now. He's flushed the rest.

3. You have to have proof the documents are at other locations.

Believing there may be documents hidden somewhere else is not enough to get a search warrant. You need proof.

Trump was caught red-handed with the docs in Florida.

Other locations need to be checked.

This is a national security issue.

You have to show the judge evidence that you will find more documents at other locations. Can you imagine what would would happen if they searched other properties and found nothing. Think about it.

all judges in the US would refuse to let the FBI search the bank robber's other homes and offices for the rest of it?

American justice is screwed up then.

If finding stolen goods is not probable cause then it is a disgrace.

Yes I can well imagine what it would be like if no other documents were found in Trump's other properties.

It is called RELIEF.

The American people have a right to know if there are hidden documents elsewhere.

And they need to know a through search was done.

As far as I can tell, he rarely if ever went to Trump Tower during his presidency and after, so that might be harder to get a search warrant for (though I agree with other commenters, if he was unknown, Black, and/or poor, they'd just search every property he owns).

All of Trump's residences and offices must be searched.

Worst breach of classified intel in US history.

And the FBI is slow walking all of it.
