The video shows a daycare worker wearing a Halloween mask intentionally frightening the children who scream and cry in fear.

At least one other employee is seen laughing.

Daycare workers at Lil’ Blessings Child Care in Hamilton, Mississippi thought it would be a great idea to scare the bejesus out of the kids using a 'Scream' mask.

The video is currently being investigated for possible criminal referrals and four employees have been fired.

A co-worker filmed this because the owner refused to take seriously any of her previous complaints about the way the children were being treated there.
