We've seen many infection points come and go with Garland. For sure he won't indict for the insurrection; its not a slam dunk, so he won't "risk" it. The classified documents case, which seems more solid, risks making those documents available to defense lawyers. etc, so he won't risk that prosecution either.

Get ready for a bunch of gang members to get indicted--and being told you should be satisfied with that.

I'm going to be happy to eat my words, but I don't think Garland will lay a glove on Trump. We can each point to a myriad of actions that Trump took that would put any of us in the defendants box, and some that would certainly have us put away. But for some reason, Garland refuses to treat Trump the same way.

I hope Garland proves me wrong while this post is up, because I'll be back to (gratefully) take my lumps. But I would bet I'm not proven wrong.

we all start saying "5th amendment right against self incrimination" Gets to the point a bit better. We all know what it is but my guess is not everyone does. Media should do this as well. Have heard many times to day 30 folks plead the 5th.
