Help... I cannot find the roll call vote on a bill...

...and yes, I have looked. Hard. I get everything but the names of the yays and nays.
Anybody find that roll call vote?

1. I dont believe there was a recorded vote in the House or the Senate

It looks like it was brought up and passed in the Senate by unanimous consent by voice vote and in the House it was brought up under suspension of the rules which requires a 2/3 vote, but it looks that that also was ultimately was done by voice vote also.

But, since it was a Dem-introduced bill, I'm sure there was Repub opposition.
I want those names.
I'm still looking.

Any member can ask for a recorded vote. None did. Usually someone will be a pain in the ass and ask.
