Trump attacks American Jews, says they must 'get their act together' on Israel 'before it's too late

TFG is losing it and is now attacking American Jews.

Former President Donald Trump attacked Jews in the U.S. on his Truth Social platform Sunday, writing that they need to “get their act together” and “appreciate” Israel “before it is too late.”

“No President has done more for Israel than I have. Somewhat surprisingly, however, our wonderful Evangelicals are far more appreciative of this than the people of the Jewish faith, especially those living in the U.S.,” Trump wrote.

“Those living in Israel, though, are a different story — Highest approval rating in the World, could easily be P.M.!” he continued.

It is unclear what prompted the post. Trump has issued similar remarks in the past about U.S. Jews, a majority of whom typically vote Democratic.

Israeli issues were a passion project of Jared Kushner who is Jewish. He probably got in the ear of Trump (along with Netanyahu) to throw some power of the Presidency Israel's way. Of course Trump thought this would TOTALLY endear him to every single Jewish-American voter. When it didn't produce the results he wanted with voters, he immediately went to the entire demo was ungrateful.

I think the undercurrent of antisemitism was always there with Trump. From his family and wanting to fit in and do business/socialize in Manhattan and Palm Beach.

TFG's feelings were hurt when 75% of American Jews voted for Joe Biden

https://www.rawstory.com/donald-trump-jews-2658460458/

Early on Monday, the hosts of MSNBC's "Morning Joe" attempted to puzzle out why Donald Trump launched what appears to have been an unprovoked -- and widely criticized -- attack on American Jews that ended with the former president warning they need to "get their act together and appreciate what they have in Israel - Before it is too late!".....

"Well, and again, I mean, even the fine line, Jews need to basically 'get their act together before it's too late,' is obviously deeply disturbing because it's not sending a dog whistle -- it's an out and out threat," Scarborough interjected.

"The thing is, there were some observers that said, as always, it's not about Jews in Israel, it's not about Jews in America, it's always about Donald Trump," he continued. "He's still smarting by the fact that over three out of four Jews in America voted for Joe Biden, so there are people close to him that suggest that still rankles him that he got beaten so badly among Jewish voters in America."

He then added, "But to do that, and say basically they better get their act together before it's too late, sounds ominous. It sounds ominous like saying that [Senate Minority Leader] Mitch McConnell has a quote 'death wish'."

and we're just...amazed at the growth and acceptance of antisemitism on both right and among the il-liberal left. The Jews are the ones who need to "get their act together," huh?

Acceptance has even found its way into enough of the Democratic electorate in this shameful era to be reflected in voting behavior.

“I want you all to know that among progressives, it has become clear that you cannot claim to hold progressive values, yet back Israel’s apartheid government,” ... “We will continue to push back and not accept this idea that you are progressive, except for ‘Philistine,’ any longer.”

Rashida Tlaib, US representative for Michigan’s 13th congressional district, during an online advocacy seminar held on Tuesday by Americans for Justice in Palestine Action (AJP Action), and co-sponsored by American Muslims for Palestine (AMP).

Really? Divisive just a bit? Horribly and blatantly wrong? The Democratic Party, of course, is overwhelmingly the center of progressivism in our nation, bringing together 81M voters to empower progressive government in 2020.

This era is marked by an explosion of bigotry, hate and violence, and the rise of LW and RW extremism. And nowhere more than in the ME.

While Ms. Tlaib and her sort focus on the ME's only Jewish state, dreadful persecution of MANY minority groups has become rampant in all the non-Jewish ME/North African nations -- coming close to genocide and/or to extinction (what it sounds like). Many millions in those nations have been and are being (right now!) displaced, stripped of everything they own, murdered, tortured, raped, imprisoned, military bombardment, water poisoned and/or diverted from farmlands, towns destroyed, families forcibly torn apart, and more.

Meanwhile, population growth of the oppressed minorities in the disputed territories held by Israel has continually grown, soaring to well over 5 million now, not including the 2 million who've emigrated. Not the world's most "happy place," but millions in the ME would kiss the ground if they could make it there.

If those on the anti-Israel left don't want to appear antisemitic, they really should turn some attention to the carnage taking place against many religious and ethnic groups in, oh, say, ANY of the nations surrounding the ME's only Jewish state.

And together the progressive and inclusive Democratic Party will take care of the MAGAs and this tRump creep by standing against them.
