I got an email for Dr. Oz for Senate!

I have no idea how that's possible. I'm on every Democratic email list, and I come up as Strong Democrat in political databases. I once got a mailer from the GOP, but I've never gotten an email. I immediately unsubscribed and selected SPAM. Has this happened to anyone else?

and I suspect they might share their mailing lists? I have never voted for a Republican in my life (72) and cannot imagine why I would so I'm with you - just hit the "junk" icon on Thunderbird.

I don't know how in hell I got on his list--lots of the emails were expressing sorrow that I was not maintaining my "platinum level" membership. All I can think is some idiot friend may have sent him $5 in my name.

The joke finally got old (some of them were pretty--unintentionally--funny) and I spam-foldered him.
