tfg wants to testify?
Great, but there must be a rule if he intends to (again) take the fifth amendment.
I have watched disgraced general flynn as well as roger stone do the same by just saying "the Fifth". Fuck that. If tfg wants the fifth he MUST say:
"I decline to answer and assert my Fifth Amendment right BECAUSE MY ANSWERS MAY TEND TO INCRIMINATE ME".
If he has to say it five hundred times, so be it.
and fuck his arrogance.

(7,338 posts)The fifth can be interpreted as implying guilt in civil cases, and can be presented as such, unlike criminal trials.
