wiktionary:

wankpuffin (plural wankpuffins). (Britain, slang, vulgar, derogatory) A contemptible person.

urban dictionary:

n. wankpuffin is the unrealistic claims declared by Trump, a form of public mental masturbation. It takes a wankpuffin to make that kind of statement.

esquire:
there is a crisis in british swearing

Her GQP made-to-order demographics are directly off of some operative’s dream spreadsheet to say the least. If the claims are even half true she would represent around zero percent of the general population.

She doesn’t seem to realize she’s one vote away from being implanted (providing there’s not ‘one drop’ in her background) and shackled to a stove or one office affair from being on the street with no safety net.

Right where the right wants her.

I'd be interested in hearing someone explain how a poll that shows issues voters favor Republicans on AND issues voters favor Democrats on can be considered "right wing".

Reagan is why the GOP is thought better on the economy and controlling inflation. The Reagan "economic miracle" in controlling inflation while growing the economy, which was really due to Paul Volcker's work at the Fed, helped further the myth that the GOP is better for the economy and for taming inflation. However, few know of Volcker's role-- fewer still know that he was initially appointed by Carter.
No matter that Bill Clinton and Barack Obama overcame recessions-- they just don't get the credit Reagan gets it seems. OTOH, they didn't have to deal with high inflation that existed in the 70s-early 80's.

information narcissists. Who swear up and down that they are well informed. I picture those dipshits that Leno and Kimmel would find on the street so confidently talking about the most basic issues. With not a single fucking idea of what they're talking about.

Is this a nice thing to say? Prob. not. Would I try to persuade people to vote by calling them this. Definitely not. But does that make it untrue. Fuck no! After all, we live in the United States of Amnesia.
